Need to Cancel?

All appointments require a deposit. This deposit will come off of your service at check out.

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. Just give us a call or shoot us a text letting us know. If an appointment is canceled with less than 2 Day's notice or a no-show occurs a fee of 100% of your service will be automatically applied to your card on file. If you are late to your appointment a late fee may apply at check out that same day. If you are running to far behind for our stylist to stay on track with their other appointments your appointment will be canceled as a late cancellation, your fee will be charged and you will need to rebook for a later time.This cancellation/no-show fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel an appointment you will need to call the salon to make your cancellation. All deposits are non-refundable.

The Industry Hair and Beauty is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily.
